Dancing With Daddy: A Childhood Lost and a Life Regained, by Betsy Petersen.

Betsy starts in therapy due to her rage flare ups towards her sons and how she also feels invaded by them. It was helpful for me to see how she gets to trust and believe in herself when she discovers that her father the famous surgeon that is adored by everyone abused her as a child.
