The process of forgiveness involves us coming to terms with, accepting and feeling the pain that the actions of others had on us.

When we refuse to forgive others, we carry this anger and bitterness around constantly which also leads to us taking actions to harm others in the same way we were harmed.

When we decide to feel the hurt others caused us, we will automatically feel forgiveness towards them for their actions.

Forgiveness is an act of the strong and requires much faith in God and God's laws.
