How the body unwinds

1. How does one go about working through the emotions of something such as birth trauma. In this case: 30 hours of labor, 3 hours of being stuck lodged in the birth canal, and then finally being pulled out by Cesarean?

2. Also, is it likely that chronic musle pain and tension in the body is involved with this and how does one work with the "feeling" of this?

3. Or, is chronic continuation of body pain and tension mostly a result of one's own unlovingness towards self and others, rather than the effects that come from environmental experiences and parent's emotions from pre-birth and early childhood.
