Anger is your guide

This video was great for me, but it took me 2 years for me to "get it"!

If we are getting angry there is a demand or an expectation. If we have a demand or expectation then there must be an injury there...pray to God and reflect, feel. See the patterns in your anger; why is it that kind of guy that makes you so angry? why does the type of woman just boil your blood?


These will guide you to your injuries, try no to think too much...just feel about it and pray.
