Hey Guys
This video below was a really helpful reminder to me of why it really is important to drink so much water and if you're new to all of this material Jesus' explanation will help you see why its so so important.
Jesus' Practical Tips to helping feel fear with regards to your own environment:
"1)Drink More Water
2)Eat Vegan
3)Arrange home so you can have privacy etc to experience fear and anger
4)Allow time to process your emotions (dont be so busy you have no time to feel what you need to feel)"

The fact Jesus put to drink more water first really hit home the importance of that!
