Re: eco friendly, loving yarn?

Hey Sage and Julie, Just thought I'd chime in here with a bit of info for consideration about wool. First off, here are some good links to understand the potential issues with wool and farming sheep: http://www.peta.org/issues/animals-used-for-clothing/animals-used-clothing-factsheets/inside-wool-in...

Re: Song Of Prayer

Haha David this makes me so happy -- Final Fantasy X is my favorite video game! I've played it all the way through twice; once when I was about 15 and once a couple years ago. ;) Love the soundtrack of that game.

Re: How much truth is good?

Hey Benjamin, I thought to say first off, that I think you post great questions, but also that it feels many of them are very intellectually-based. You seem like a scientific kind of guy, which is probably a quality of your soul, but it also seems sometimes that you want to understand it all intelle...

Re: The Eye of Faith (GoH Ch 2)

This is awesome Nicky! Though I'm accumulating experiences also that things always turn out better if I follow God's way, there are areas where I'm afraid that they won't, as illogical as it is to think the results of God's way could ever be inconsistent. So thanks for the inspiration to keep buildi...

Re: Hello!

Hey Everyone, thanks for your replies; I'm so very glad it might have been some help. Hi Amanda-- I'm not through all my fear of sharing, with my full enthusiasm, my love for God, but it is one of the fears I am currently working through. I've had some similar worries, more that people will think I'...

Re: Hello!

Hi Everyone! I joined this forum a while ago but figured this is the best place to post this. I started a DT-based blog about a month ago, wrote the About Me, had all kinds of emotions come up and since haven't written more on it. Nicky has given me some great feedback on the general topic of my fea...

"Nobody Drinks Alone"

Was just watching Perry & Nicky's new video on physical addictions and had the thought about this country song about alcohol that I haven't heard in a while but is a good one: "Nobody Drinks Alone" by Keith Urban https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfegQqeq4wI Lyrics: You brought that bottle home in a p...

Re: Finding Space to Release Emotions

Just thought I'd share a great Jesus quote on this topic. I had written it down and not sure what seminar it came from: "A child by nature just automatically feels everything. When they are angry they yell and when they are sad they cry. They don’t go 'Am I allowed to cry? This is now the supermarke...

Re: Unloving vs Not meeting Addictions

Hi Juliana, The best way to know whether someone is being unloving to you versus just not meeting your addictions and you’re upset about that is to seek God’s truth about it and God's definition of love. Our own concepts of what is love and not love are so skewed from our families and the world at l...
